Principal Peter Zelenko is a licensed architect in the States of Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Arizona, a LEED Accredited Professional, Self Certified and a Registered Energy Professional in the City of Chicago.

Peter Zelenko founded Group Z Design, GZD LLC in 2016, bringing his twenty five years of experience in Architecture.
Prior to GZD, Peter was a Principle of Portico Partners in Chicago, the Design Director for NWS Architects in Chicago, and Project Architect and Interior Designer for Ware Associates in Chicago. His extensive experience includes a wide array of retail projects and commercial development in both ground-up construction and interior renovations. He is known for his innovative yet practical approach throughout the design and construction process.
In 2007, Peter received his Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional designation from the US Green Buildings Council.
Peter began his career in 1991 as an Architect, working in Chicago after receiving a Bachelors of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois. He has also studied in Versailles, France at L’Ecole d’Architecture et d’Urbanisme de Versailles and at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. |
